Community Guidelines
Effective August 11, 2026 · Excelza is operated by MultiMuse Media Inc.
Excelza exists to help people finish what they start. The community side of the app — shared projects, progress posts, replies — works when it is encouraging and honest. These guidelines apply to everything you share: posts, photos, replies, profile details, and project titles you make visible.
1. The Spirit of Excelza
The best version of this community is one where:
- People post real progress, including the messy middle
- Replies help someone take their next step
- Nobody is made to feel bad for being behind
- Asking for help is normal
Before you post a reply, ask: does this help this person keep going?
2. What We Encourage
- Honest progress updates, including setbacks
- Specific, practical help when someone says they're stuck
- Celebrating other people's wins
- Sharing what actually worked for you
3. What Is Not Allowed
3.1 Harmful and Hateful Content
- Promoting, glorifying, or inciting violence against any person or group
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Threatening, intimidating, or harassing anyone
- Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating
If you are struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or a qualified professional. Excelza is not a mental-health service and its AI features are not a substitute for one.
3.2 Sexual and Explicit Content
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Any sexual content involving minors — this results in immediate removal and a report to the authorities
- Nudity or sexual content in profile photos or progress photos
3.3 Harassment and Abuse
- Targeting individuals with insults, mockery, or pile-ons
- Sharing someone else's private information
- Repeatedly contacting someone who has asked you to stop
- Belittling someone's goal or progress
3.4 Dishonest and Spammy Behaviour
- Impersonating another person
- Fabricating progress to promote a product or service
- Unsolicited advertising, referral links, or bulk promotional replies
- Manipulating reactions or replies with fake accounts
3.5 Illegal and Dangerous Content
- Content promoting illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs
- Instructions for anything that would cause serious harm
- Content that infringes copyright or trademark
4. Reporting and Blocking
Every post, reply, and profile has a report option, and you can block anyone. Blocking hides you from each other in both directions and removes any follow between you. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. You can also email hello@excelza.app.
Reporting is confidential — we never tell someone who reported them.
5. What Happens When Guidelines Are Broken
Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict or suspend the account, or permanently remove it. Severe violations — sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence — result in immediate removal without warning and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
6. Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, email hello@excelza.app and we will review it.
