Community Guidelines

Effective August 11, 2026 · Excelza is operated by MultiMuse Media Inc.

Excelza exists to help people finish what they start. The community side of the app — shared projects, progress posts, replies — works when it is encouraging and honest. These guidelines apply to everything you share: posts, photos, replies, profile details, and project titles you make visible.

1. The Spirit of Excelza

The best version of this community is one where:

Before you post a reply, ask: does this help this person keep going?

2. What We Encourage

3. What Is Not Allowed

3.1 Harmful and Hateful Content

If you are struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or a qualified professional. Excelza is not a mental-health service and its AI features are not a substitute for one.

3.2 Sexual and Explicit Content

3.3 Harassment and Abuse

3.4 Dishonest and Spammy Behaviour

3.5 Illegal and Dangerous Content

4. Reporting and Blocking

Every post, reply, and profile has a report option, and you can block anyone. Blocking hides you from each other in both directions and removes any follow between you. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. You can also email hello@excelza.app.

Reporting is confidential — we never tell someone who reported them.

5. What Happens When Guidelines Are Broken

Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict or suspend the account, or permanently remove it. Severe violations — sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence — result in immediate removal without warning and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, email hello@excelza.app and we will review it.
