Copyright Policy

MultiMuse Media Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects Excelza users to do the same.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Excelza infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@excelza.app including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a link, username, and description)
• Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Please note that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice may expose you to liability.

2. What We Do

We review every notice. If we determine the content infringes, we remove or disable access to it and notify the person who posted it.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to hello@excelza.app including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or British Columbia, Canada if you are outside Canada)

We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue the matter.

4. Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
