Common questions
My roadmap looks wrong, or came back too short
Open the project, tap the menu, and choose Reshape. Describe what's off and the plan rebuilds around it — you can also ask for a completely fresh take. If a roadmap arrives with only one or two tasks, that generation failed partway; reshaping it is the fix, and we'd like to hear about it.I’m stuck on one task and don’t know where to start
Tap the task, then Break it down. You'll get a short step-by-step walkthrough for that one thing. If it's a bigger blocker than that, post it in the Support room and people working toward similar goals can answer.Who can see my goals and notes?
Only you, unless you choose otherwise. Projects are private by default; sharing one is an explicit, per-person invite, and nothing you write reaches the community feed until you post it. You can make a shared project private again at any time.How do I report a bug?
In the app: Settings → Report a bug. That goes straight to our queue with the app version attached, which usually saves a round of back-and-forth. Email works too.How do I report someone, or something they posted?
Use the report control on the post or profile, or block the account outright. Reports reach a moderation queue we review directly. You can also email us — see the Community Guidelines for what we act on.How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Account deletion is in Settings, and it removes your projects, posts and photos — not just your login. For a copy of your data, or if deletion won't complete, email us and we'll handle it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.Does the AI give medical, legal or financial advice?
No. Excelza plans ordinary goals — fitness, sleep, habits, skills, projects — but it won't diagnose anything, won't plan the treatment of a medical condition, and will point you toward a qualified professional when that's what a goal actually needs. It's a coach, not a practitioner.
